 * This change is not related to Fedora. 
 * This change isn't approved by Red Hat Perl team.
 * This change is against bundling rules. In Fedora

 There are some possible issues:
    * The libraries in inc can be old. This s a risk.
    * With removing of bundled library you need to check BuildRequires in inc 
directory. This is extra work (The upstream author has different scope with 
dependencies than the packager)
