package is found and installed
Additional info:
In poking around on mu personal EL10 machine, I found
perl-REST-Client-281-13.fc43.noarch.rpm
could be installed in EL10, and supplies the functionality may app needs.
Perhaps this could be imported into the EPEL10 repositroy?
