I know someone implemented =include FILE somwhere about a year or two ago
(yes I know, this is very helpful information). If my memory isn't completely
rotten (which it is, but with occasional good surprises) it was done by
MacPerl folks, and in order to include POD that was embedded in XS files
(perhas only one of those informations may actually be true).
