Adding a Contributors section to perlfaq

i would like to add a couple of new POD sections to each perlfaq document:

   * Contributors:  a list of people who have worked on that document.  in the 
   past couple of months some people have rewritten entire answers.

   * some sort of "Send bugs and comments address"

comments? :)
