I noticed that perldoc.perl.org does not list HTTP::Tiny and JSON::PP as core modules. I believe this is a documentation bug. 5.14 has been out for a while now. I have contacted Jon Allen a couple weeks ago about this and have not heard a response. Hopefully someone on this list can do something about this.
