Auto splitting of long lines into CONT and CONC tags?

Hi All,

Does Gedcom.pm have a way to auto split long note lines into multiple 
CONT and CONC subordinate lines?

Since the total length of a GEDCOM line, including leading white space, 
level number, cross-reference number, tag, value, delimiters, and 
terminator, must not exceed 255 (wide) characters, it is a little 
complicated to compute all the adjustments based on indentations and tag 
level etc.
