Perl-ldap for Perl 5.8.0

Hi,
 
I need to use perl-ldap with perl version 5.8.0. The latest version of
perl-ldap I have downloaded perl-ldap-0.30 doesn't work with perl 5.8.0.

I am running perl-ldap on Windows 2000. Where can I find a version of
perl-ldap which will work with perl 5.8.0?
 
Once I run my perl script with perl 5.8.0 executable, if I load the
Net::LDAP module, the perl.exe fails giving an access violation error. 
Can somebody help me in solving this problem?
