The only way you can do this is  findout what group/distribution list you
want un-member this user.

send new member list(a list of dns as member) as member without this
corresponding user's dn

so that this user's memberof attribute will be automatically changed.
(once the replication have done)..

if you want to do this very fast... then find out the group/distribution's
home-mdb (home-mdb is for Exchange server homeMDB is for active directory)
server and do this update against that server then the replica will be
very fast

AFAIK, you can't modify the memberOf attribute in Active Directory via
LDAP.
You modify the member attribute of the relevant group to contain the DN
of the new member. The memberOf in the user member entry will then reflect
the new group membership.
