i.e. replace the filter item with: useraccountcontrol:dn:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2 If that avoids the problem - good, but both filters are legal and again as far as I can see we're sending them correctly to the server. We really need to see what mutant LDAP the server's trying to send back to us to fix the problem. (If it is a bug in our code.) Cheers, Chris
