To all - I am respectfully asking for your help. I don't know where to turn so I am coming to the experts. I have a need in the United States - NJ area for a strong LDAP developer with Java. I need someone to start quickly and I can accommodate a good compensation for the right candidate. The folks I have found to date have been thru the internet and have not been strong enough on the LDAP side. This person is more than just a Java developer that utilizes LDAP for user authentications. The client uses LDAP for global use, the person needs to have experience with ldap security, print function connection, ensuring that the global server connection is not compromised. The candidate we found that was good but could not leave Chicago had ported the LDAP server to a Unix platform, architected the LDAP Schema, worked on attribute options including binary option, made presentation to the LDAP protocol, strong utilization of the LDAP API toolkit and had worked with LDAP for about 8 years. This is definitely not an LDAP admin role. Needs to have about 7 years of Java development and be super strong with all aspects of LDAP. I can work on a corp. to corp. basis or w-2 and I will pay for referrals for anyone hired. The person needs to start on May 30th. ANY help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
