I don't know the specifics of perl2exe, but in my experience the most successful way to wrap Net::LDAP code in to an executable was using PAR (http://search.cpan.org/~autrijus/PAR/). You may have to set the environment variable PAR_VERBATIM=1 to get it to work because of the way Net::LDAP is written.
