l am logged on to ldap browser as an admin, but the script searches for group member anonymously. Now the script dumps all the members of directoryadmin group flawlessly. The group it produces shorter result (i.e. only 30 entry) is a generic group. I can't seem to think what special about the rest 288 people that were simply left out. On another note, the ldap allows anonymous binding and retrieval of any user. Our webbased people searcher application works anonymously.

The first thing that springs to my mind is the question
whether you're binding as the same user with the
script and with ldapbrowser ... it could just be a
permission thing.
