LDAP User Add

Hi,
 
  I  was trying to create the Ldap user with NET::LDAP. It works fine .
 
  But I want  to know , If I want to set my password attribute as Crypt way .
 
  But as of now  NET::LDAP is having only Simple Text Way to storing the 
Password.
 
  How to achieve this .
