That is very nice Ranga,
Thanks so much for sharing that with us. I note that you have a support list set up with mailman and a URL of: http://goreliance.com/mailman/listinfo/any2xml-list/ But that list is not listed on the Perl list web page, namely: http://lists.perl.org/ Would you like for any2xml-list to be listed on the lists.perl.org web site? The advantage would be slightly larger exposure, primarily to perl developers, a possible disadvantage might be too much exposure (spam, net noise, etc.). PM Please respond to ranga.nathan Is anyone creating XML documents from mainframe files? If you have a need at http://goreliance.com/devel you will find the modules that will help create XML from any unstructured or structured document. I have also written a CFD (COBOL File Definition) parser that with Any2XML (from the above link) can create XML documents from any data file conforming to the CFD. Thought I would share with y'all. ---Closing information gaps----- Ranga Nathan, Reliance Technololgy >>Live demo at http://any2xml.com/docs/timesheet_demo.shtml<< >>Get free COBOLExplorer at http://goreliance.com/download-products <<
