The use of DBI requires also the use of a DBD::*, in the case of getting
DBI
to talk to DB2 you'd need DBD::DB2.  To install DBI (as well as DBD::DB2)
you'd need to follow the instructions in the README files that will likely
mention
something as can be found at:
