Slight detour because of EBCDIC - has Perl been ported to BS2000/OSD?

I don't know about the OSD part, but supposedly Perl used to work on the Siemens' BS2000 system
The OSD is the UNIX-y part, so (theoretically) it should work there as well.

I wish I retained my contacts in that world. I would love to access to a system for some stuff I'm contemplating. And Perl would make a great excuse. :)
