But you can specify exact files via: 

=head1 CONTENTS

B/BR/BRADAPP/PodParser-1.18.tar.gz

A/AA/AAA/.....

...

The Bundle I made for Perl Power Tools a while back did that, as there was
no desernable version of a module anywhere inside the bundle.
