freezing RFCs

Hey folks,

        It would be great if we could freeze RFCs 11, 182, and 183
ASAP...if there is no further discussion, Barry and Michael, could you
please let the Librarian (and me, if you wouldn't mind) know that they
are frozen?  Is Friday a reasonable date for that, since there doesn't
seem to be much more discussion happening on them?
