Those figures appear to be cumulative. I have no
idea if that is intentional or not.

It's amazing how fast static files go.
Apparently the current testers.cpan.org was just not
appropriately set up for the task.
I was meant to be spending part of the weekend making Leon's
output look just like testers.cpan.org so it could replace
testers, but got distracted. Soon, soon.
