No, I had the brain malfunction. I forgot that and has an even lower
precedence than = so the expression comes out as:
(my $have_testpod = !$@) and $Test::Pod::VERSION >= 0.95;
I'll just go back to memorizing the precedence table now.

Of course, there's also Pod::Find, but it was introduced into the core
around 5.6.0. While I have vague grumblings about replicating Pod::Find's
functionality in Test::Pod, most people don't know about Pod::Find and
anyway if its in Test::Pod then you only have to depend on one module
instead pulling in the whole PodParser suite.
