The last couple releases have had stupid mistakes on Windows. Before I
ship off this new version I'd like folks to run the tests at least on
Windows and with threads enabled. Thanks.

- Fixed bug in fail_one.t on Windows (not a real bug).
- TODO reasons as overloaded objects now won't blow up under threads.
