Modules are loaded at compile time, so you probably need to move the
CPAN::Shell->install() call to inside a BEGIN block.
Thx, I tried that. But now CPAN::Shell ignores my custom MyConfig, and
tries to use the default one (~/.cpan/CPAN/MyConfig.pm)
