Hi all,

I just got a failure report [1] on one of my modules that I don’t
know how to read correctly. There’s only one line pertaining to
an error of any sort, and it only mentions the type of error, but
not where or how it happened. What I’d like to know first and
foremost is whether the failure was caused by something that’s in
my control; otherwise there’s no use thinking about it anyway.
Can someone advise me what to read into this?

Administrivia: this is To: Perl-QA and only Cc:ed to Chris
because I’m interested in general advice about reading
reports at least as much as I’m interested in knowing if
there’s something I can do about this particular report.

Regards,
