Hi all, I just got a failure report [1] on one of my modules that I don’t know how to read correctly. There’s only one line pertaining to an error of any sort, and it only mentions the type of error, but not where or how it happened. What I’d like to know first and foremost is whether the failure was caused by something that’s in my control; otherwise there’s no use thinking about it anyway. Can someone advise me what to read into this?
