I tend to password protect my wikis with a generic account like
"username foo, password bar".  Won't upset any lazy humans that want to
contribute, and the spammers haven't figured it out yet.  I was shocked
that my non-googlable trac site was getting problem ticket spam* within
a day or so of me launching it.  Stupid, stupid spammers.

* Type: defect.  Subject: ENLARGE YOUR DONG. Priority: "major".
Milestone: 1.0

They actually picked sane values for the metadata.  Sad.
