I just looked at the CPANTS thingy for one of my modules: http://cpants.perl.org/dist/XML-DoubleEncodedEntities
Apparently I should add a section to my documentation called "LICENSE". There is already one called "COPYRIGHT and LICENCE". Note that the word is spelt correctly in my version - license-with-an-s is a verb, licence-with-a-c is a noun. See advice/advise for an easy way to remember which way round they go.
I suppose that license-with-an-s might be a noun in some disfavoured and miserable places, but even so, licence-with-a-c should be accepted.
CPANTS also seems to be missing a couple of my distributions - Number-Phone and Number-Phone-UK-DetailedLocations.
