I seem to remember that OpenSSH works on Cygwin. A small network of
volunteers offering access to Windows boxes would be useful I think.

Afaiu there is a terminal services (remote desktop) client for linux,
which i would *guess* would be a better approach as it would not force
the user to go through cygwin.
