No. There's been no agreement on exactly what should be done. Similarly to TAP::Parser, rather than waiting for agreement, I'm going ahead and doing it. We seem to be very good at agreeing that something should be done without actually doing it :) See my latest email on this topic to Perl-QA for my current thoughts.
