Hi, you're getting this mail because your CPAN distribution makes use of
Test::Harness::Straps (or you're subscribed to perl-qa).
Test::Harness version 3 will not include Test::Harness::Straps. It was an
experiment, it didn't work out. Sorry. Current users of Straps are
encouraged to instead use the much improved TAP::Parser.
In order to support current users of Test::Harness::Straps it is being
released as a distribution separate from Test::Harness. Current users of
Test::Harness::Straps should depend directly on Test::Harness::Straps rather
than Test::Harness.
There are no plans to do further work or bugs fixed, this is just for
backwards compatibility.
