It seems like something like this would be good:
$color_table = File::BaseDir::xdg_config_files('Colors.txt');
what I'd really like is a xdg_config_resource() function which
will find
both files and directories whose paths match. ( xgd_config_files()
and friends
only locate regular files. Perhaps a patch is in order....)
