Confirmed! I installed the gnuwin32 versions of zip, unzip, and zipinfo. The IZArc created archive uses backslashes (visible in zipinfo) and unzip complains loudly about them. Versions created by zip, 7-zip, and PeaZip all use forward slashes.
Now it will need some reasearch to write a good bugreport against one or more of Archive::Zip, unzip, IZArc. Or you choose to use a different tool. I think if I were you I'd use a different tool. Or many different tools:) I'll leave that to you...
I plan to write the author of IZArc about the issue. In the meantime, it's gnuwin32 to the rescue. I released v0.19 with the new archiver and marked v0.18 for deletion.
