No one, but at the same time, you as an author of libre software have no moral right to dictate what your users want from your code, and if your job according to your understanding does not extend to satisfying the users’ expectations according to *their* understanding, then the users have a legitimate case for knowing that your distributions are made of FAIL as far as they are concerned.
