After wrestling some alligators, Test::More's repository now on github.
Please feel free to clone, push, pull, fork or whatever it is you kids do
these days.

In all seriousness, github is as close to my Grand Scheme For Version Control
as I've yet seen. Ideally, rather than mailing in a patch you'd just fork, do
the work and then make a pull request and I'll suck the fork in.

For those of you not familiar with git, I found this svn-to-git crash course
very useful.

I hope now that it being so easy to have your own Test::More fork, and for me
to integrate them, will encourage more people to work on it. Remember,
there's plenty of work to be done, both small and large.

If someone would be a dear, go through the old tickets, find ones that have
patches in them and make forks for them.
