Many of you will by now, I hope, be aware that the Google Code-in 2011
will be starting shortly and TPF would like to take part. If you don't
know about this, please read
http://blogs.perl.org/users/paul_johnson/2011/10/more-about-gci-2011.html

We've already had a great response from people on this list for which
I'm very grateful. OK, yes, it was mostly Schwern :)

We need to submit our application in the next few hours and we are one
QA task short. (We need at least five tasks in each category.) We will
also need at least five other QA tasks for the second half of the
programme, but they are not so urgent.

The QA tasks could be as obvious as adding tests for a certain feature
in a specific module, or could be a more generic request to increase
coverage by a certain amount. Or they could be related to more manual
or exploratory testing. Or they could be anything at all with a primary
focus on QA.

If anyone can come up with a QA task in the next hour or two it would be
very much appreciated. Tasks in other categories and general
willingness to mentor is still much appreciated too.

Please add tasks to

If you can't or don't want to create a login there, just mail me
directly.

Thanks very much!
