Hi,
here's a quick summary of what was said on irc (the meeting actually
started at 14:00 CET instead of 13:00, because I was very late).
The date and venue have been decided: Friday March 30 to Sunday April 1st,
at the Carrefour Numérique of La Cité des Sciences, in Paris.
Early next week, we will put the web site live. daxim and mdk have asked
for a commit bit. Other committers are welcome.
We will contact the hotel closest to the venue, to get discounts and
possibly a room for late meetings. People will be encouraged to share rooms.
We have a list of sponsors, that we plan to start contacting very soon.
mdk plans to contact some of the sponsors of the London Perl Workshop
to ask them if they want to support the Perl QA Hackathon too.
mdk also suggested to add a "donate" button to the site, to get some
support from the community. I think it's a very good idea.
