   Okay, the verdict reached. jhi may find it funny but it's totally 
natural in BSD sense to call it raw.  C'mon,  I won't call the EUC 
version cooked :)

   I wonder how this charset misteken as encode has started.  Well, in 
majority of encodings, charsets are applied uncooked so that may be the 
reason.
