Hi, Does anybody know how to remove all 8-bit characters in a file? I have tried using sets of charcarters and global subtitution with regular expresions, but this is not the best way. I need to get rid of everithing, and this is not exhaustive: you can not define a set of 8-bit characters that cover all possible occurence. Is there any simple way to do so? (truncating characters at bit-level, probably?) Thanks in advance
