Win32::AdminMisc, from http://www.roth.net/perl/packages is
your friend. It has the GetGroups function, in your case you'd
do something like this:
GetGroups("YourDomain",GROUP_TYPE_GLOBAL,\%groups);
The group hash will have the group names, type, comment, and flags.
