I cover this in my second book, Win32 Perl Scripting: The Administrator's
Handbook (http://www.roth.net/books/handbook/). In particular example 2.9
demonstrates how to set, query and otherwise misbehave with privileges.

Subject: Setting Userrights
Hello,
i am looking for a possibility to set Userrights like "logon as a service",
"logon locally" and so on with perl.
Any ideas ?
I know Dave Roth's perl book, but couldn't find something about this topic.
Thanks,
Juergen
