hey, i'm new to this list... hello everyone. :) i've been searching anywhere and everywhere on how to enable CGI services for Personal Web Server on Windows 98. I have Personal Web Server installed, up and running already, but I still don't know how to run CGI scripts from it. I've found docs on how to map scripts, but i don't know what to add in my registry.. (this one's for IIS 3.0 though, but I think they're pretty much the same.) /* start of doc */ For IIS 3.0 and lower Associate the extension for your scripts with the appropriate interpreter in the script map for IIS. This is under the Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_SYSTEM, with the sub-key ``System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\Parameters\Script Map''. Many people map two extensions: one to perl.exe (for example, .pl) and another to PerlIS.dll (for example, .plx). /* end of doc */ anybody knows? pls help me.. thanks p.s. if the above mentioned works, please instruct me on the details like what keys to add or subkeys, string values... etc. _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/listinfo/perl-win32-admin
