I've been using Mail::Sender for a long time to automate various tasks, and I'm a big fan. Our central mailsystem is moving to authenticated, encrypted smtp (TLS) in a couple of months, and I'm not even sure what questions to ask--but here's my first cut:
1) Has anyone had experience with M::S in a TLS envt? Does it work, or not--or sort-of? (I can't find anything in the docs suggesting that it can handle encrypted authentication). 2) If you can make M::S work, do I need to start updating scripts, or will things keep working as-is? 3) If Mail::Sender can't make the transition, what option(s) should I be looking at?
