I am also having problem in setting user attributes.It always bails out with
a error.Evrery thing is fine it seems

Win32::Lanman::NetUserSetInfo("\\\\hot-ws332","\\\\hot-ws332\\Administrator"
,{'password' => 'testpassword'})

Can anybody anser this..
