I am trying to get a regex to substitute any paths that have a space with
its likely shortpath translation. In other words,
# here $iwhome's value could be "C:/Program files/something/iw-home";
$iwhome =~ s/\/(\w{6})\w.*\s?(\/.*)/$1~1$2/;
print $iwhome;
# Keeps giving me this: C:Progra~1/iw-home
but what I want is C:Progra~1/something/iw-home?
