I had a similar problem when I started working with it, so I broke up the
POD documentation into a series of Word documents.  They are quite large in
total, but if you like you can email me directly and I can send them to you.

The module is (mostly) a rather slim wrapper over the API calls. 
You should be able to find all the functions and constants exported 
by Win32::Lanman in MSDN or the docs of any Windows C 
compiler.

I doubt anyone will ever write any more detailed docs to 
Win32::Lanman.

I'm not the author so I can't say for sure of course.
