I rolled my own over the last year, and it's served me well. I don't know what other INI managers do from ASPN or CPAN, but due to module @INC limtations in the version of Perl I was using at the time, I needed to roll my own. Works very well for me. Quick hashed lookups, whole section key lookups to a list, and low to no I/O. If you are in a pinch I might can share it... Don't have time to do a CPAN submission right now. Tight deadline.
