I use Vim for my editing - I don't use an IDE. I would recommend either emacs or vim for the following reasons: 1) both are free; 2) both are multi-platform; 3) both are powereful; 4) vim is less powerful, a little more efficient and a little easier to learn; 5) emacs is more powerful, a little less efficient and a little harder to learn. -- ,-/- __ _ _ $Bill Luebkert ICQ=162126130 (_/ / ) // // DBE Collectibles Mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] / ) /--< o // // http://dbecoll.tripod.com/ (Free site for Perl) -/-' /___/_<_</_</_ Castle of Medieval Myth & Magic http://www.todbe.com/ _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
