Just my $.02, but I would recommend against setting the password within the script. You can always pass it as an argument. Two reasons: 1)Someone may read the source 2)If you change the password on the domain and forget to change your script, you can lock out the account.
Also, I would recommend using a module rather than shelling out to add the share.
