Hi,

I've just upgraded perl on a Win2000 server to ActiveState Perl build 806 and
when I run a script that uses Win32::AdminMisc [0.2003.7.14], I get the error message:

" The dynamic link library MSVCR70.DLL could not be found in the specified directory "

This dll is nowhere to be found on this system or on our other systems that use the
same code in a previous build (633).

I just found Jan's reply to a previous post regarding this problem:
>That means Dave used MS C++ 7.0 to compile the extension. You will need to install
>e.g. the .NET Framework, or preferably, Dave will recompile use VC++ 6.0. This new
>runtime library dependency is the reason we decided to keep compiling ActivePerl 5.8
>with VC++ 6.0 (which uses MSVCRT.DLL, which part of the OS nowadays). <
I am unable to locate a compatible version from Dave's FTP site that will work with
this new build (806).
Can someone please direct me to the correct location?

Thanks,
Al Lewis
