No, I cannot find Fileowners.pl nor W2RK::WMI.

I have the Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit and Supplement 1.

I have fileowners.pl.

You need W2RK::WMI from the Resource Kit to make it work.  If you have
the module, I can send you the perl script.
