Usually when I see this problem on a script that I know works on other
machines, it ends up being a constant that is not defined on the current
machine for one reason or another.  If you're certain that there isn't a
typo, try searching msdn.microsoft.com for the constant names and
replacing the names with the values and see if you still get this error.
