Yeah - and as it looks like it's XP only we can assume that it's a
windows thing rather than being a perl/win32-gui issue.
Is there a "Known Issues" or limitations section somewhere in the
documentation until this is eventually tracked down?
Perhaps we should just update the tracker item, but leave it open for
future reference?
That would be my preference.
